Terms of use
A plain-language summary of the expectations that apply to everyone using FYSS. Your own contractual terms should replace this text before publication.
Accounts
Accounts are issued by your organisation and are personal to the named user. Sign-in details must not be shared, and accounts that are suspended or made inactive lose access immediately.
Acceptable use
FYSS may only be used for legitimate operational purposes relating to the support of Young People. Records must not be accessed out of curiosity or for any purpose unrelated to a user's role.
Record accuracy
Users are responsible for the accuracy of what they record. Entries should be factual, timely and written in the knowledge that they form part of a Young Person's file.
Availability
We aim to keep FYSS available at all times, with maintenance carried out to minimise disruption to services that depend on it.
